Oatmeal Pancakes

If you have a sweet tooth like me, then you'll LOVE this recipe. So delicious! You won't believe they are healthy. ENJOY!

SERVES 1

  • 3/4 cup gluten free oatmeal flour

  • 3/4 cup of almond milk

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 pinch Himalayan pink sea salt

  • 1 egg white

  • Coconut oil spray

  • Stevia low glycemic syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all dry ingredients. Whisk egg white until texture is foamy. Add egg white and almond milk to dry mix. Spray the pan with coconut oil. Cook pancake on low-medium heat for 3-5 minutes on each side. #SERVE #ENJOY
